Loft on Laurel

An 'adaptive-reuse' project allowed us to reanimated an existing building; which was utilized as a hospital in the 70s, and bring it up to modern dwelling. Much like the Golden Hill 'B' street project, this project was conceived before my time at H2, around 2014. I entered the project at the beginning stages of Construction Development and saw it through during its Construction Administration phase. The upper level is 'new construction' consisting of town home units, and the lower levels were redesign/reconfigured into additional multi-family units & mix-use occupations.
